Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding :	Terms & Conditions: thevenuepot.com is a free service and on request, a selection of appropriate venues based on the requested information will be provided at no charge to the customer. On confirmation of venue booking no further charges will be made to the customer except for the following circumstances. Any venue sourced that does not provide agents commission, for example those not TIDS registered, may result in a further additional charge to the customer. This charge will be based on the venue fee at the point of booking by the customer with the venue. This amount will be indicated to the customer on return of the venue list from thevenuepot.com and this amount may fluctuate depending on the final booking confirmation venue fee. A venue contract will be required for signed by the customer in order for a venue to be confirmed as a definite booking. Delay in this operation may result in the venue being released and hire to a third party. Any cancellation after the venue contract has been signed may result in venue cancellation charge being incurred by the customer with an additional minimum payment of either £250 or 10% V.A.T chargeable fee of the venues cancellation charge, whichever is the greatest, charged by the venuepot.com to the customer for immediate payment. If a venue is found, reserved and then subsequently lost due to a customer not confirming within a 2 week period after the conveyance of information about that particular venue by thevenuepot.com to the customer, more than 3 times for the same job/event then a V.A.T chargeable administration fee of £350 will be made by thevenuepot.com to the customer for immediate payment. No more than 6 attempts to find and confirm a venue for each particular job/event will be made on behalf of the customer by thevenuepot.com without incurring further costs. Any venues sourced by thevenuepot.com must be booked using thevenuepot.com service. If the customer chooses to arrange the booking either direct or through another service provider, an addition finding V.A.T chargeable fee of up to 8% of the overall quoted venue fee will be charged to the customer for immediate payment. Under normal circumstance customers of thevenuepot.com will contract the venue direct with the venue based on the venues specific contract instructions. If the customer would prefer thevenuepot.com to make and administrate the booking on the customers behalf, a further additional 2% V.A.T chargeable administration fee of the final booking amount will be charged to the customer. A form of payment by the customer must be established before thevenuepot.com can provided a venue booking and administrational service on behalf of the customer. Payment can be made using a payment credit/debit card excepted by thevenuepot,com or a business account can be arranged. Please allow a minimum of 1 working week for a customer credit check to be completed and terms & conditions will be provided by thevenuepot.com for this method of payment. All payments to be made by the customer direct to thevenuepot.com must be received by the venueport.com no later than 10 working days after the final day of the event to avoid further interest charges.
